Cancellation/Refund/Replacement Policy:
All cancellations should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received will unfortunately not receive a refund on this occasion. However it will be possible to change a name and have a colleague take the place of a cancellation.
If the Conference has to be cancelled or changed due to unforeseen circumstances, political and/or economical events or general "force majeure", neither the venue, or the Organisers, can be claimed against for any compensation. The Organisers recommend that appropriate travel insurance be taken out that covers the Registration Fees.
